From initial site selection, through design and construction, and culminating in tenant occupancy, we are personally invested in each project we undertake. While embracing adaptability, we excel in collaboration with all stakeholders of the project and understand that each project is unique.
Through our in-house construction management and general contractor relationships we are able to track current and historical pricing and play forward the data we compile into accurate and dependable development budgets. Our goal is to never introduce a change order on a project unless the tenant specifically requests a change in scope after contracts have been finalized. We strive to deliver a product that is efficient in not only the use of Hc Development capital but also the funds of the tenant agencies we serve.
